Philadelphia University, a private institution of about 3,500 students, needed to replace slow, paper-based workflows across HR and other departments — from multi-signature payroll actions and adjunct onboarding to forms exchanged with external organizations — with an intuitive e-signature solution that staff and students could use without heavy IT support.
By deploying Adobe Document Cloud’s Adobe Sign, the university automated routing, tracking, reminders, MegaSign CSV merging, and custom signing processes to enable self-service forms. The change cut payroll-action turnaround from about a month to less than a day, processed more than 10,000 documents in two years, reduced paper use, and improved overall document management and response times.
