Arthrex, a Germany-based medical device specialist, produces extensive marketing and training materials that require strict editorial and regulatory review. Their Munich marketing team faced slow, paper-based multistage approval workflows involving product, legal, quality-management teams and FDA validation, and needed an easy-to-use e-signature solution that integrated with their Adobe Creative Cloud tools.

They adopted Adobe Document Cloud and Acrobat DC’s Send for Signature, rolling it out in four weeks with no external support. The web-based e-signature workflow—ordered signing, drag-and-drop fields, tracking and reminders—replaced printing and manual handoffs, centralized signed records, and cut approval cycles from about four weeks to four days while reducing material and labor costs and enabling wider internal adoption.
