Kuhn Krause, a division of Kuhn North America that manufactures tillage and grain-drill equipment and sells through more than 350 dealers, faced slow, error-prone paper and fax workflows. Dealers’ signed orders and multi-step internal approvals were often lost, illegible, or delayed—causing order confusion, production and delivery hold-ups, and lengthy dealer-agreement renewals.
The company implemented Adobe Document Cloud with Adobe Sign to digitize orders, dealer agreements, and pricing approvals. As a result, order processing dropped from at least two days to about 30 minutes, dealer agreements moved from a week to minutes, lost or unclear orders were eliminated, paper costs fell fivefold, and tracking and recordkeeping significantly improved.
