Kantar IT Partnership (Kantar ITP) is the global IT services arm for Kantar’s businesses, supporting collaboration across a widespread international footprint. Its procurement and authorization process was slow and error-prone—every purchase required multiple signatures (up to nine), with approvals taking weeks, creating poor visibility, accountability challenges, and concerns about compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley.

Kantar ITP rolled out Adobe Sign (Adobe Document Cloud), which was quickly adopted and automated approvals across regions. The change eliminated printing/scanning/email handoffs, letting managers sign off in minutes and enabling purchase orders to be created in hours (often under 24 hours); today the team processes 300–400 documents monthly with stronger security, improved auditability and faster vendor payments, and expanded use into HR onboarding.
