Obtaining signatures on lengthy sales, tenancy, and contract documents could take weeks, created audit and compliance challenges, and generated large volumes of paper at peak times (2,000–6,000 agreements monthly).
By implementing Adobe Document Cloud and Adobe Sign, JLL enabled secure, mobile-friendly electronic signatures, concurrent workflows, required-field checks, and audit trails. The change halved turnaround times (from about two weeks to under one week), cut administrator time by 20%, improved legal compliance and recordkeeping, reduced paper waste, and is being extended via integration with Reapit and adoption across other departments.
