Perficient Digital, a digital agency working with retailer Lids, needed a faster way to design and validate an online customization experience that would let customers personalize hats for purchase online. Using Adobe Creative Cloud, including Adobe XD CC, the team aimed to create a low-cost, high-visibility prototype that could align stakeholders and prove out the concept before full development.

Adobe Creative Cloud helped Perficient Digital build a working prototype in just four weeks, using Adobe XD CC along with Adobe Illustrator CC and Adobe Photoshop CC to create and refine the experience. The team tested the prototype with real customers in Lids stores, gathered immediate client feedback, and produced 60 screen variations, helping launch a new offering, support business growth, and fine-tune the experience to better meet customer expectations.
