BMO adopted Adobe Connect to run live and on‑demand webinars and web meetings with persistent rooms and interactive content, enabling quick setup and easy content reuse. As a result, about 75% of its 250 annual events moved online—reaching hundreds (up to ~200) of participants simultaneously—cutting travel costs (about $1,200 saved per employee trip), accelerating preparation and content updates, and improving customer engagement and feedback-driven program development.
