A Adobe Connect Case Study
The Arthur R. Marshall Foundation, a Florida nonprofit dedicated to Everglades conservation, needed to scale its hands-on field programs to reach students, educators, scientists, and the public despite limited staffing, funding for field trips, and varying technical resources. The organization faced the challenge of communicating complex ecological concepts and delivering rich, emotionally engaging experiences to geographically dispersed audiences and under-resourced schools.
Partnering with the School District of Palm Beach County and using Adobe Connect, the foundation launched virtual field trips that use optimized mobile video, persistent meeting rooms, and recordings to overcome bandwidth and access limits. The program built community and emotional engagement, boosted participation (reaching up to 7,000 students in a four‑day session), expanded the foundation’s reach beyond Florida, and increased awareness and demand for both virtual and in‑person experiences.
