Sunrise marries e-commerce with customer experience

Sunrise Communications, Switzerland’s second-largest telecom provider, wanted to digitally transform its business and relaunch its online presence across four languages while simplifying complex back-office processes and improving customer experience. Working with Adobe Campaign as part of Adobe Marketing Cloud and SAP Hybris, Sunrise needed a more integrated way to manage e-commerce, content, and customer interactions across channels.

Adobe Campaign helped Sunrise automate segmented marketing across email, SMS, push, and social channels, while the broader Adobe platform enabled personalized, responsive experiences and faster self-service. The results were strong: mobile traffic doubled, page creation became 66% faster, load times dropped from 4.2 to 1.5 seconds, and the online store’s NPS rose from 31 to 45.
