To support its new site and digital marketing efforts, Eurobet worked with Adobe Campaign as part of Adobe Experience Cloud, along with Adobe Analytics and Adobe Target, to deliver more personalized customer experiences.
Adobe Campaign helped Eurobet send targeted emails and in-app messages at key moments in the customer journey, while Adobe Analytics and Adobe Target provided real-time insights and testing to refine offers, content, and site experiences. The results included up to a 20% improvement in campaign conversions, up to a 3% reduction in churn, and a jump from sixth to second place in sports betting market volume, along with stronger cross-sell performance and better customer loyalty.
