Crédit Agricole, France’s largest retail banking group, needed to improve relationship marketing by personalizing communications and coordinating campaigns across many channels while avoiding overly frequent or intrusive outreach. It turned to Adobe Campaign, part of Adobe Marketing Cloud, to help manage this multi-channel challenge across branches, email, call centers, SMS, web, and direct mail.

Adobe Campaign enabled Crédit Agricole to centralize and automate cross-channel campaigns, target customers based on preferences and past interactions, and identify new sales opportunities more effectively. The results included conversion rates up to 40%, a 64% increase in online deposits, more than 190 campaigns launched in nine months, and over 760,000 emails and 70,000 outbound calls generated through the platform.
