Craftsman lays foundation for dynamic online community using Livefyre, part of Adobe Experience Manager

Craftsman wanted to turn its website into a reliable, members-only online destination that would inspire both existing and new DIY enthusiasts. To do that, the brand worked with Adobe Campaign using Livefyre, part of Adobe Experience Manager, to redesign the Craftsman Club site and build a central community where members could share projects, advice, and inspiration.

Adobe Campaign helped Craftsman launch the Craftsman Inspiration Wall, a curated stream of user-generated content from across the web that made the community more engaging and easier to browse. The result was a 190% increase in digital membership, site visitors spent more than 6x longer on the site, and 78% of online members joined after the revamp.
