A Adobe Acrobat Sign Case Study
The University of Georgia College of Agricultural and Environmental Sciences (CAES) faced the challenge of managing large, content-rich CAES and UGA Extension web presences—tens of thousands of pages and content from 159 local offices—while a small IT team supported web publishing, content owners, and slow, paper-based HR processes. Content lived in silos, making reuse difficult, and staffing requisitions and approvals were often delayed by weeks or months.
CAES implemented Adobe Experience Manager (with Adobe Marketing Cloud) for centralized web content and digital asset management and Adobe Sign for e-signature workflows. The result: faster, higher-quality digital experiences with reusable content across sites, streamlined publishing and asset workflows, and HR approvals that now take days instead of weeks or months (around a 90% time reduction), enabling the small IT team to accomplish far more.
