United Kingdom’s largest automotive manufacturer streamlines engineering ,product development, and other processes with Adobe Sign

Jaguar Land Rover, the United Kingdom’s largest automotive manufacturer, faced slow, paper-based engineering and product-development workflows that required multiple global sign-offs, auditability, and legal compliance. With around 40 manual processes in product development and executives frequently traveling, the company needed a scalable, traceable electronic signing solution to speed approvals and reduce paper storage.

Jaguar Land Rover implemented Adobe Sign (part of Adobe Document Cloud), piloting and customizing the cloud-based e-signature workflow to support many concurrent signatures and strong encryption controls. The result: sign-off times dropped from weeks to days (a 16-signature engineering form completed in two days), mobile on-the-go approvals, improved compliance and accountability, and wider adoption across 25 groups with more than 3,000 users automating about 80 processes.
