By adopting Adobe Sign (Adobe Document Cloud), the department automated routing, tracking, reminders, and alternate signatory flows, and enabled easy form generation via widgets. The office processed more than 5,000 HR and business contracts in just over a year, achieved sub‑minute turnaround for many documents, eliminated most paper handling, improved visibility and accountability, and rolled the solution out across departments to boost efficiency and reduce costs.
