A Adobe Acrobat Sign Case Study

Preview of the PUMA Case Study

The Global Sports Brand Icon Puma Accelerates the Signing of Contracts With the E-signature Solution From Adobe

PUMA, the global sports and lifestyle brand, faced slow, paper-based contract processes that could take days or even weeks—especially for international hires—while also wanting a more sustainable, seamlessly integrated and user-friendly solution for HR and legal teams. The company needed faster, legally binding signatures without losing a personal touch in candidate communications.

After a three-month pilot, PUMA deployed Adobe Acrobat Sign with configurable templates and browser-based workflows, cutting contract turnaround from several days (or up to six weeks in some cases) to an average of a few hours. The rollout saved thousands of sheets of paper and associated CO2 from postage, delivered a better employee experience, and has expanded to 40 teams across 12 locations—with further digitization plans underway.
