StarHub, a leading Singapore communications and digital-services company, needed to improve customer and enterprise experiences, maintain business continuity during work‑from‑home mandates, and create strong first impressions for new hires by replacing slow, manual paper processes.

By deploying Adobe Document Cloud (Adobe Sign and Acrobat DC) and integrating with Oracle PeopleSoft and SAP SuccessFactors, StarHub trained staff across 12 departments in under five weeks and now processes about 1,250 paperless workflows monthly.
