University College at Azusa Pacific University delivers online and adult education to non‑traditional learners and experienced rapid growth after forming in 2014. Facing as many as 100–120 adjunct instructors each eight‑week term and a three‑person HR team, the college needed a faster, more secure way to prepare and authorize contracts that often required up to five sequential signatures and contained sensitive information.

The college deployed Adobe Sign (Adobe Document Cloud) to automate signing workflows, enforce required fields and signature order, and give HR real‑time visibility and an audit trail. As a result, multi‑signer contracts are completed within a week, more than 100 adjunct contracts are processed every eight weeks with fewer errors, sensitive records are securely archived (often within five days), and HR productivity has accelerated to support the university’s online expansion.
