JLL, a global real estate services firm with more than 230 offices in 80+ countries, needed to speed up high‑volume residential paperwork and meet strict legal and sustainability requirements. Obtaining signatures from tenants, guarantors, and overseas clients could take weeks, created audit and data‑quality headaches, and generated large amounts of paper across busy periods of 2,000–6,000 agreements a month.

JLL implemented Adobe Document Cloud with Adobe Sign to enable mobile, tracked, and templated e‑signature workflows (with Reapit integration planned). The change cut average signing time from about two weeks to under one week, gave administrators 20% more time during peak workloads so they could handle volumes without extra help, improved audit compliance with electronic records, and reduced paper waste.
