JLL implemented Adobe Document Cloud with Adobe Sign to enable mobile, tracked, and templated e‑signature workflows (with Reapit integration planned). The change cut average signing time from about two weeks to under one week, gave administrators 20% more time during peak workloads so they could handle volumes without extra help, improved audit compliance with electronic records, and reduced paper waste.
