PERSOL HOLDINGS, the Tokyo-based parent of a 90+ company group in staffing, IT and HR services, faced slow, paper-heavy contract workflows that caused delays, rising costs (including stamp duties), and compliance risks—NDAs and temporary-staff contracts could take weeks to finalize and document management was inconsistent.

To address this, the group implemented Adobe Sign (integrated with Salesforce) to digitize and automate contract workflows. The change cut contract creation from seven minutes to 10 seconds, reduced processing from days to hours and contract-management time from ~15 minutes to nearly zero, improved compliance and record-keeping, and is projected to save up to ¥60 million annually in stamp duty as adoption expands across the group and overseas.
