Kia Motors America (KMA), the U.S. marketing and distribution arm of Kia Motors, needed to manage up to 20 complex dealer agreements per week across a network of more than 767 independent retailers. Sending documents by email or FedEx caused delays, lost paperwork, printer/access issues and time-consuming manual follow-ups, hindering turnaround and visibility.

KMA implemented Adobe EchoSign to allow signing from any computer, smartphone or tablet, with automated tracking, reminders and a secure audit trail (IP tracking and VeriSign certification). The solution cut contract execution time in half, improved document quality and security, and scaled to high-volume projects (via MegaSign) such as employee acknowledgements and legal holds.
