Foursquare, the location-based recommendations and discovery company, faced slow, paper-heavy onboarding and agreement workflows across its New York and San Francisco offices. The change sped onboarding, eliminated waste, provided automated audit trails for compliance, and scaled across HR, sales and finance—allowing tasks like sending annual wage notices to 130 New York employees with automated reminders.
