Its sprawling international footprint created a slow, paper‑based procurement process—every purchase needed up to nine signatures and could take two to four weeks—leading to lost documents, heavy email follow‑ups, poor visibility and the need to strengthen Sarbanes‑Oxley–compliant controls.
Kantar ITP rolled out Adobe Sign (Adobe Document Cloud) with quick adoption across regions. The e‑signature solution now handles 300–400 documents a month for about 40 employees, enabling purchase orders to be signed in minutes and created in hours (often under 24 hours) instead of weeks, boosting accountability, security and compliance, speeding vendor payments, and simplifying HR onboarding.
