EmployBridge, the largest specialty-staffing provider in the U.S., was onboarding some 15,000 associates weekly but faced a major bottleneck: applicants spent hours completing dozens of paper forms at branch offices. The company needed a mobile-friendly, scalable way to speed onboarding, tighten compliance, and reduce reliance on physical storage while integrating with its custom applicant-tracking system.
