Document and IT solutions provider achieves gains in efficiency, productivity, and costs with Adobe Sign supporting HR and sales initiatives

Ricoh UK, a document and IT solutions provider that has evolved from a printer/copier vendor into a leader in paperless innovation, faced the challenge of sustaining close client relationships while removing the physical barriers of in-person contract signing. The company also needed to improve sustainability by cutting paper and travel, speed up onboarding after multiple mergers, and make employee contracts and approvals far less time- and resource-intensive.

By implementing Adobe Sign (integrated with Ricoh’s Siebel CRM), Ricoh now completes about 600 sales contracts per month, trimming roughly five days from contract turnaround, and has standardized e-signatures for onboarding and HR. The change eliminated printing and scanning, improved data accuracy with required fields, saved at least £9,000 annually in paper/printing/postage, freed administrators around four hours weekly, and bolstered productivity, accountability, and sustainability across sales and HR.
