CXC meets client demands for contingent workforces using Adobe Sign to complete contracts faster

CXC, an Australian workforce solutions firm established in 1992 with 6,000 employees, faced a major challenge when it needed to rapidly onboard large contingent workforces—at one point up to 2,000 contractors—while meeting rising client demands for speed, remote-working productivity, accuracy, compliance, and data security. Its paper-based contract processes were too slow to scale and threatened the company’s ability to deliver at volume.

CXC implemented Adobe Sign, Adobe Acrobat and Adobe Document Cloud, integrated with Salesforce to automate contract population and enable secure e-signing and auditable digital workflows. The change let the company handle nearly twice its typical volumes, save up to 28 hours per month by cutting 2–3 minutes per contract, reduce human error, satisfy strict security requirements, and achieve a record month during COVID—signing 570 contractors and vetting 1,200 nurses.
