CSU Fullerton Puts Technology in Service of Student Success With Adobe Document Cloud and Adobe Creative Cloud

California State University, Fullerton (39,800 students) faced the challenge of modernizing student services—making them available 24/7, reducing paper-based bottlenecks, improving accuracy, and building students’ digital skills—all while keeping the campus running during the COVID-19 disruption. Rapidly moving tens of thousands of users to virtual learning and issuing secure student IDs remotely highlighted the need for a seamless, scalable digital platform.

CSU Fullerton implemented Adobe Experience Manager Forms, Acrobat Sign/Acrobat DC, and Creative Cloud to convert more than 90% of paper forms, automate workflows, and enable e-signatures and ID authentication. The university routed about 4,000 forms in peak months, processed 8,000 TitanCards remotely, saved roughly 108 employee hours per document cycle, cut form errors and paper use (about 50%), and expanded Creative Cloud use to nearly 12,000 students and 1,900 faculty—improving efficiency, access, and student outcomes.
