Card Assets, a division of First Arkansas Bank and Trust based in Atlanta, works with roughly 450 community banks to issue co-branded credit cards. Its legacy paper-based application process was slow, error-prone, and required mailed or faxed signatures to authorize credit checks, creating delays and limiting staff productivity.

Working with Finivation, Card Assets built an online application and integrated Adobe Sign—requiring about 10 hours of programming—to automatically send credit‑check authorization for e-signature. Customers can sign anytime (including on mobile), cutting approval time to as little as 10 minutes, enabling the credit team to handle 1,000+ transactions monthly and eliminating most printing and postage costs.
