A Adobe Acrobat Sign Case Study
California State University, Fullerton (est. 1957, ~40,000 students) wanted to strengthen students’ creative thinking and leadership, position the campus as a technology forerunner, and improve administrative efficiency—particularly document workflows used for hiring and campus services.
CSUF deployed Adobe Creative Cloud enterprise-wide and Adobe Document Cloud (including Adobe Sign), embedding creative apps into both traditional and non‑traditional courses and giving faculty, staff, and students free access. The rollout boosted student engagement and job-readiness (nearly 60% said Adobe tools enriched their experience and 52.5% said the skills made them more competitive), encouraged wider classroom use, and sped employee onboarding and document processing roughly six times faster.
