A Adobe Acrobat Sign Case Study
Austin Community College (ACC), a large community college system with 11 campuses and over 70,000 annual students, set out to prepare learners for a digital workforce by embedding digital fluency across disciplines. The challenge was to give diverse, often nontraditional students and faculty affordable access to modern creative and document tools, meaningful training, and remote-ready workflows—needs that became even more urgent during the pandemic.
ACC became an Adobe Creative Campus and rolled out Adobe Creative Cloud and Document Cloud tools (Adobe XD, Spark, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Acrobat Sign), plus targeted support like a faculty fellowship, tutorials, AV and production services, and device/Wi‑Fi access. As a result, students produce professional portfolios and prototypes, faculty integrate digital assignments across programs, ACC processes thousands of e‑documents monthly with Acrobat Sign (cutting processing time by up to two weeks), and graduates enter the job market with stronger digital skills.
