At Home supports JA Amenity House with a fully digital Smart Contracts service using Adobe Acrobat Sign

At Home Co., Ltd., a Tokyo-based provider of real estate information systems, partnered with JA Amenity House to tackle notoriously paper-heavy contract workflows in property management. Facing time-consuming mailing, storage burdens and regulatory requirements under the Building Lots and Buildings Transaction Business Act, they needed a way to digitize renewals and make the process easier for tenants and staff.

They launched Smart Contracts using Adobe Sign within Adobe Document Cloud, collecting tenant emails via QR-coded postcards and enabling tenants to sign electronically from any device. The digital service eliminated mailed paper contracts and storage, cut lead times and administrative costs, allowed near-real-time contract tracking, and simplified signing (about 200 renewals processed monthly in the pilot) while meeting legal and security standards.
