Kansas State University Polytechnic Campus partnered with AdmitHub to find a centralized way to support its personalized student communications, improve speed-to-response, and help students complete enrollment steps earlier. The campus was looking for a solution that could scale its one-to-one approach while increasing student engagement across key enrollment tasks.
AdmitHub implemented its chatbot, Willie, to send trivia campaigns, task reminders, positive messages, and interactive surveys for housing, orientation, and advising. The results were strong: 98% of students were enrolled by August 1, student engagement speed-to-response increased by 123%, on-campus housing grew by 88%, early orientation registrations rose by 61%, and advising appointments increased by 48%.
