Symphony strengthens secure messaging for 510,000 users with Admios

Symphony, a cloud-based messaging and collaboration platform for the financial industry, needed to securely integrate an acquired identity management product into its existing platform. They faced the challenge of doing this without disrupting service for over 510,000 users across 340 companies. Admios was engaged to provide a specialized engineering team to solve this problem.

Admios embedded a pod of four engineers directly into Symphony's workflow for an 11-month engagement. The team successfully integrated the identity management system and also delivered two-factor authentication, a new chat feature, and a notification system. As a result, Symphony enhanced its security infrastructure and accelerated feature delivery, all while supporting over 60 million secure monthly messages.
