Future Environment Designs (FED), led by CEO Angelo Garcia, is a New York–based OSHA-authorised provider of asbestos, mold and indoor air quality training. FED had long relied on a patchwork of tools (Microsoft Access, Act! CRM and Google Calendar) and manual phone/email registrations, which made scheduling, data management and scaling their business slow and error-prone—especially with time-zone confusion and complex multi-session courses.
FED implemented Administrate as a single, consolidated training platform. The system migrated their legacy data, automated administrative tasks, simplified class and student entry, provided a unified calendar with multi–time-zone support and flexible session editing, and added online registration, payments and automated reminder emails. The result: major time savings, fewer missed classes, simpler registrations (often just two data fields), a more scalable CRM and a noticeably improved customer experience, with Angelo pleased and planning further self-service registration and blended-learning rollout.
