Mondelez International, one of the world’s largest snack companies (brands include Cadbury, Oreo, Toblerone, Ritz and Philadelphia), needed a global approval workflow to streamline legal sign‑offs for packaging, POS, digital and TV content across 150 countries. In 2016 Mondelez International selected admation to replace two legacy systems and provide a single, agile marketing approvals platform that could adapt to regional workflows while giving head office high‑level visibility.

admation implemented a configurable approval solution with features such as approval checklists, customised approval pathways, online proofing, an audit trail, ad storage and WIP reporting. The platform now supports over 1,200 users and handles 200+ approvals per week globally, reduced artwork revisions, improved compliance with a four‑year archive and faster asset sharing via a secure Ad Storage library. Mondelez International has since extended its initial three‑year agreement with admation, reflecting measurable efficiency and governance gains.
