David Jones, a long-established retailer, was struggling with a slow, manual marketing approval process—handwritten markups, physical traffic between offices, phone calls and emails made multi-page catalogue approvals time-consuming and error-prone. In 2013 Whybin\TBWA Group nominated admation as the technology solution to streamline approvals; admation was selected for its simple, affordable implementation and user-friendly interface.

admation was implemented with mandatory training, a dedicated kickoff and on-site support from the vendor, introducing centralized project management, hierarchical approvals, version compare and job history tracking. As a result, David Jones’ marketing team supported the rollout “110%,” gained real-time visibility of job status, eliminated much of the email/manual transcription burden, tightened version control and sped up approvals—backed by admation’s responsive support and ongoing product updates.
