Fortune 100 Insurance Provider was struggling to process a growing volume of incoming policies because unstructured, non-searchable documents from scans, emails, SFTPs and digital dropboxes required heavy manual intervention—resulting in about 24,000 monthly delays and roughly $100 million in annual lost revenue.
