Large US Insurance Company was struggling with slow, manual policy ingestion: unstructured, non-searchable documents arriving from scanned images, email, SFTP and a digital dropbox required heavy manual intervention, creating roughly 24,000 monthly delays in data capture and costing about $100 million in lost revenue annually.
