Adlib Software rendered scanned claims into searchable PDFs with embedded search and built-in text analytics, integrated directly with Documentum, and applied its OCR engine (searchable in 115+ languages) to automate indexing. The result was a replacement of the manual OCR process, a reduced number of indexers, improved accuracy of rendered documents, enhanced workflow through Documentum integration, and measurable efficiency gains in claims processing.
