Integrated Oil Company faced a compliance-driven challenge: large volumes of oil files had to be retained on paper, making search and retrieval slow and inefficient. To address this, Adlib Software was engaged to create digital copies of those paper records using its Advanced Rendering technology and Adlib PDF (Adlib PDF Enterprise) for high-volume, automated document-to-PDF conversion.

Adlib Software implemented automated, scalable conversions and integrated the resulting digital files with the customer’s customized PLM via web services, making documents widely accessible. The solution sped up search and retrieval of oil files, improved organizational productivity through quick, automated conversions, and enabled efficient, high-volume digital storage and access.
