Mutual Insurance Company, an international provider of financial services, was dealing with poor‑quality faxed claims that were being converted to TIFF with no searchability and a legacy watched‑folder workflow. To address document quality, high‑fidelity rendering and searchability, they engaged Adlib Software and its Adlib PDF rendering solution.

Adlib Software integrated Adlib PDF with EMC Documentum and delivered a custom Helper Application to extract and crop images from email bodies, convert files and apply advanced OCR.
