Insurance Company, a large P&C insurer operating across Canada and parts of the US with over 1,300 brokers and 1,200 ClaimCenter® users, embarked on an enterprise modernization that required automated, high‑fidelity PDF rendering integrated with Guidewire ClaimCenter® and IBM® FileNet®. After testing multiple options, the Insurance Company selected Adlib Software’s PDF rendering solution to meet strict fidelity and integration requirements.

Adlib Software integrated its PDF/PDF/A rendering and metadata‑driven rules engine into the ClaimCenter® service bus and FileNet® workflow, initially deploying four servers and later scaling to seven production and three development servers. The solution renders documents transparently in the claims workflow, enables PDF/A archival for long‑term retention, and processes about 2,600–4,000 documents per day (average ~3,500) with an average conversion time of 11 seconds, delivering improved automation, storage compatibility and reliable performance.
