Global Banking Organization needed a way to automate and reliably convert a high volume of complex trade-related documents—routinely up to 20,000 trades per day—for long-term (30–50 year) SOX and SEC-compliant archiving. To address HTML-to-PDF conversion, eliminate manual XML editing, and automate signature stamping, the bank engaged Adlib Software and deployed Adlib PDF (Advanced Rendering/Adlib PDF Enterprise) within its document workflow.

Adlib Software integrated Adlib PDF with the bank’s FileNet environment to automate document-to-PDF conversion, generate XML and metadata for easier retrieval, and apply automated signature stamps. As a result, the Global Banking Organization achieved regulatory compliance, replaced manual processes with automated custom workflows, reduced errors and risk, lowered training costs, and streamlined long-term archiving for its high-throughput transaction documents.
