Garanti Payment Systems, a subsidiary of Turkey’s Garanti Bank, launched BonusFlas to consolidate credit card and campaign information into one app. Facing aggressive growth targets and little time for a complex rollout, Garanti needed a partner that could track every download channel—including TV—from a single platform with a simple integration, and measure true engagement (defined as users who log in with a customer or identity number).

Garanti integrated Adjust and used its partner modules and dynamic tracker links to run ATL and BTL campaigns—targeting existing customers via call centers, branches and ATMs and driving installs with Google, Facebook, YouTube, Foursquare, Shazam and WyWy for TV. The team tracked post-install events and cohort lift to optimize toward activation, achieving more than 1 million downloads in 75 days, top app-store rankings, TV-driven installs with day‑7 retention up to 5% higher than organic, 1.5× more sessions per user and longer sessions; the company is now rolling out deep links and large-scale retargeting.
