Teman Bumil is the largest parenting app in Indonesia, offering information, community support, and access to healthcare providers for soon-to-be and first-time mothers. Initially focused on low-cost user acquisition, the team needed deeper insight into post-install behavior to move users from the top of the funnel into mid-funnel engagement while ensuring data quality against fraud.
Partnering with Adjust, Teman Bumil implemented unlimited event tracking and the Adjust Fraud Prevention Suite, then launched in-app polls, A/B tests and giveaways to boost engagement. Tracking enabled the team to measure drop-offs, completion rates and retention, leading to a 14% lift in poll participation from giveaways and a 15% lift when polls displayed a topic.
