GetYourGuide is the world’s largest booking platform for tours and activities, offering 25,000+ options across 2,400+ destinations and a mobile app for Android and iOS. The company needed to measure the performance of every marketing channel — including Facebook mobile install ads, AdWords, TripAdvisor, TV, email and on-site promotions — and track long-term post-install behavior to understand which creatives and channels drove the most value.
Using Adjust to unify attribution, GetYourGuide tracked in‑app, email and mobile web installs and linked TV campaigns via RapidApe and the MMP API, then segmented and cohorted each install to compare CPIs, conversion rates, LTV and retention. The analysis revealed TV spots drove the biggest lift — a campaign in Germany helped the app rise from global rank 71,664 to 2,063 — while email and mobile web also drove strong downloads; attribution data was enriched across other analytics platforms for ongoing optimization.
