Donuts, a Tokyo-based game developer founded in 2007 known for titles like Tansha no Tora, Tokyo 7th Sisters and Black Star, set out to bring advertising operations and creative production in‑house. The migration revealed shortages of internal resources, rising workload for staff, fragmented reporting across networks and difficulty optimizing creatives — so they needed a way to insource without adding headcount and while keeping ROAS-driven decision making.
