Mohawk Industries, the world’s largest flooring manufacturer, needed to sharpen Google Ads campaigns across its retailer network to reach new customers and apply corporate learnings at scale. As a Google Partner, AdHawk was brought in to improve campaign structure, equip retail partners with better digital ads through co-op marketing, and lower partners’ cost per conversion to drive participation.
AdHawk deployed its machine-learning platform to prioritize high-converting keyword, ad group, and bid strategies (location, device, schedule), tracked form and call conversions to gauge lead quality, and built systems to open 136+ retail partner accounts. The result: Mohawk Industries achieved a 37% lower cost per conversion, a 224% higher conversion rate, and 237% more web leads year-over-year.
