Wonga, a Poland-based digital consumer finance company, faced the challenge of re-engaging high-intent visitors who abandoned their website after configuring a loan but before submitting an application. Their classic retargeting with generic banners was inefficient. They partnered with Adform and used its Dynamic Creative Optimization (DCO) service to address this.

Adform's solution captured each user's specific loan configuration and used it to automatically generate personalized retargeting ads. This hyper-relevant approach, which continued the user's journey, significantly improved efficiency. The automated DCO setup replaced roughly 750 manually-built creatives, saved an estimated 150,000 PLN in production costs, and achieved a lower cost per acquisition (CPA) compared to static banners.
