Wolt, a food delivery service, sought to expand its reach in Finland using programmatic digital out-of-home (DOOH) advertising without duplicating exposures. Their challenge involved coordinating across multiple DOOH publishers while adhering to strict retail-adjacency rules that required excluding screens near certain supermarkets. They also needed to validate campaign performance through an independent third party rather than internal reporting. To address this, they partnered with Adform and used the Adform FLOW platform.
Using the unified Adform FLOW platform, Adform activated the DOOH campaign across several publishers, managed budgets from a single interface, and applied necessary geo-exclusions. This approach allowed Wolt to quickly move spend between partners and consolidate reporting. A third-party Brand Lift study by Happydemics verified the campaign's strong impact, with ad recall in the top 5% of studies and attribution in the top 10%, alongside above-benchmark lifts in brand interest, image, and consideration.
